2019 Rosé
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, this wine has beautiful aromas of strawberry. The flavors of watermelon and strawberry are prominent with hints of grapefruit. A light, fresh wine for afternoon charcuterie, it will definitely have you saying “Rosé ALL Day!”

2018 Verdelho
The 2018 Verdelho was fermented in 80% stainless steel tanks and 20% neutral French oak barrels. Flavors of white peach and pear on the nose come forward as honeysuckle and lime on the mid-pallet give way to a bright finish.

2019 Albariño
The Edna Valley’s long growing season and cool climate give this wine its character and sense of place. Harvested on October 4th, pressed whole cluster; this wine is cool fermented in a combo of stainless steel and neutral French oak. This wine has bright acidity and a crisp finish, typical of Albariño’s Spanish origin.

2018 Chardonnay
This Chardonnay from the Edna Valley is 100% barrel fermented in French Oak with about 40% newer barrels. The wine is aged sur lie to develop deep flavors. It displays aromatics of French Oak, citrus, and tropical fruit with rich flavors allowing for a round mouthfeel. Enjoy this wine with poultry and sea food dishes.

2017 Chardonnay
Barrel fermented in French oak and aged sur lie, this wine has flavors of green apple and citrus. The mouthfeel is creamy with hints of oak and a rich, complex finish. Enjoy this wine with your favorite meal or on its own.

2018 Grenache
Aromas of blackberry and lavender give way to herbal notes and potpourri. There is a nice balance to the palate of blackberry, pepper, and spice with a tightness that will proven to soften with time. Finishing long and layered. Serve with lamb or grilled pork.

2017 Syrah
Our Paso Robles Syrah is distinctive with deep dark garnet color. On the nose, aromas of pomegranate and plum abound from the glass. Layers of cocoa and spice joined well-defined notes of leather and vanilla on the palate for a mouthfeel that’s viscous and balanced. The finish is lingering and satisfying, creating a taste that keeps you coming back for more.

2016 Lorenzo
This blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre opens up with aromas of dark raspberry fruit. The aromatics come from the Grenache while the mouthfeel and structure come from the Syrah. Serve with braised short ribs on creamy polenta.

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Paso Robles Cabernet has aromas of fig and cocoa powder in the glass. Flavors of black cherry and leather lead to a mouth-filling palate of cranberry and currants, which are supported by bold tannins. Don’t hesitate to lay this wine down for while. Enjoy with a will-seasoned prime rib roast.
